The nurse I saw today didn’t do what she was supposed to in asking questions. As well as didn’t change gloves between donors. Huge safety violations!
I had the absolute worst experience here today and as a result, I will not be returnig. I was there 1.5 hours and witnessed 3 resticks (including myself). The lady jammed the needle in the side of my arm in a place a needle shouldnt have been. I have never seen anyone stuck in the area she stuck me. It was excruciating and of course I had to get restuck. The employees were extremely rude and inconsiderate of the donors' time. Went was told to be settled and someone would get to us. Several minutes later others came in and was taken an directed on what to do as new. No one ever came to us. Not a good set up.we left.
E, Chrissheliah, Courtney, Jyra, Taneshia, v’onica and Chica are sweet women and they really interacts with their donors. They are great phlebotomist and they always makes sure you’re ok and nothing is wrong. I really appreciate them for every thing they do. They treat you with respect and courtesy and they make you feel like family. You can’t help but to love them.
