Dajiah is the only one there that can stick me for now own I did not have a no flow at all
I went to CSL to donate my blood now this was my 3rd time since I given my plasma I didn't past there standard test they pull me in another room the little older lady was nervous and she ask her colleagues did i do what i supposed to do she asked them so i couldn't give plasma that day because they said my proteins are low so because my protein was low. I've come to the Dothan site the last 3 weeks and their staff doesn't know how to properly tap a vain. I reported problems multiple times and and they act like I'm the issue when it's them.
The nurse I saw today didn’t do what she was supposed to in asking questions. As well as didn’t change gloves between donors. Huge safety violations!
I had the absolute worst experience here today and as a result, I will not be returnig. I was there 1.5 hours and witnessed 3 resticks (including myself). The lady jammed the needle in the side of my arm in a place a needle shouldnt have been. I have never seen anyone stuck in the area she stuck me. It was excruciating and of course I had to get restuck. The employees were extremely rude and inconsiderate of the donors' time.
