Understaffed, but that's not the staffs fault. I wish they would hire more people and have all 4 stations open, as well as use the full donation room so that the process would go by a lot faster, but if they currently can't then it's unreasonable to expect it like some people in these reviews.
Always so darn slow. Never enough people on staff to help. One person doing vitals with a huge line is unprofessional. To other donors if you cannot read and have to have the staff read the questions to you, you should not be donating. If you can't read then you obviously don't comprehend words to begin with.
Do not go to this facility. I experienced a medical emergency after a bad stick and the staff there could care less. I was handed a paper in Spanish, when I speak English to deal with a hematoma. I sent an email to the sites management expressing my safety concerns and for two weeks got no follow up. My arm was severely bruised and even after two weeks I still have sharp pain.
