Every time I try to call in like they tell me to the phone rings 4 minutes and then it just beat b s because nobody that's ridiculousThere's enough people in there to answer the phone and then some people just walk around there doing nothing , just shaking their head and then they run to the back doing nothing at all
They ended up giving me a bruise and told me I couldn't use the opposite arm. Which makes no sense. Then lied and said the doctor would look at my chart the next day and give me a call same day. It's been over 3 weeks. Called today and they said they still havnt looked at my chart. I guess all donation clinics in town are the same now. Shitty.
They take at too long, they don’t have enough staff to open all the donating bed so they’ll have u waiting standing up for abt an hour or more
Employees are very nice,friendly and this place goes really fast
