I’ve been donating plasma for years and tried every location in Palm Beach—but for the past 3 years, I’ve stuck with this one for a reason. The staff here is absolutely amazing—always friendly, professional, and they really make you feel welcome. On top of that, their machines are top-notch. Just as rude as the one in Riviera Beach Manager just nasty telling me I shouldn't be donating which I have been donating for the past two years almost how dare she open her mouth like that to anyone very rude then tell me I should go back to the other places I've been before that's crazy because I can go anywhere I freaking want
I’m am writing this because I am truly disturbed and scared by my experience at this donation center. I only donated because I work for a medical company that buys your plasma for the actual treatment of patients in need. I will share my experience. The first donation the machine malfunctioned and I wasn’t able to receive my return. I was given a Gatorade and an apology. I was not upset and felt fine health wise afterwards. Was about to donate until a young girl confronted me about me not seeing her or look when I'm reversing. (her words). It was a heated confrontation and that same person donates plasma here, so I will have to look for another place to donate.
I just left CSL in Greenacres FL. I was shocked that I was only given $50 for my donation when I have consistently received $65. Nothing changed in ny health screen, still over 230 pounds, bp is normal, temp is normal, everything normal. When I asked the nurse about this I was told that it (the money) varies from day to day. What!? All the fee schedules hanging on the walls and the app shows I should receive $65. Do I need to call ahead and ask what the days payments are going to be?
