Unprofessional and rude. Nurse doesn't follow proper rules for health screenings and manager was of no help in any way shape or form. Nurse was completely disrespectful, speaks to people as if she is the almighty hand of God, has no empathy, or people skills in general. Manager is absolutely clueless and repeats a script that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand. Hope they find better higher ups.
