Well I don’t know where to start…the phlebotomist missed my vein and on return felt a sharp pain told them to stop they switched arms then outta nowhere the phlebotomist used her walkie talkie and shut off the machine with the needle in my arm as soon as she shut it down blood started running from my arm made a huge bloody mess then the phlebotomist tried to yell at me not to move when I wasn’t moving then tells me I can’t donate again for 3 weeks because of her mistakes I never dealt with this problem with another center an... read more

Always have a great experience donating here I was a phlebotomist for4 years at Grifols and it is refreshing to see such a great attentive team always on the ball….and the money is always there
I came here as a first time donor, with no expectations and definitely apprehensive. This place is super professional and they do a good job keeping people moving, and every philologist has been quick and good my now 3 visits. Dorian helped with some important questions and I felt super comfortable during my donation. Certainly recommend this facility. Good Job Guys!!
