When I went into donate for the second time they told me my blood pressure was too high I then went outside and they told me I had to begin my screening all over again and I wasn’t allowed to at 1:25pm . No had informed me . Poor service. Poor customer service will never recommend anyone coming here .
I came in to donate and the phlebotomist missed my vein at first, then proceeded to stick the needle through my vein about an inch and a half into my meat 6 or 7 times. I got up and left. I could hardly move my arm for the rest of the day. Called and spoke to management about the 6 by 3.5 inch bruise and blood bubble on the arm, but they ultimately ended up dismissing it and claiming it was probably my fault, not the phlebotomists.

Pretty happy with the service and friendliness of the people. Nina, Denise, and and Cameron were all outstanding in the way they made me feel!
