Staff is awesome and friendly
I had my second donation today and it was a very easy process. There is a wait but it's still shorter than most other places. They also call to check on you which is nice! I am glad to have switched over to CSL Plasma! Update as of 3-5-25: I received my first deferral due to blood pressure. They explained exactly what I needed to do to get that lowered and when I could donate again. If you need to be alone while you wait for re-check, please ask them! New Donor That Arrived @800am While 20 People Were Being Processed As Return Donors And Left The Facility @ 1015am. All Personnel On The Morning Of Feb. 22, 2025 Were Very Professional And Courteous Throughout Process. The Facility Is Very Clean And Organized Locally As Well. I'm A Return Donor Already.
