Really nice staff, but the website does not at all mention needing an appointment as a first time donor. Then, after I reschedule because I wasnt feeling well the original day, they rescheduled me for tuesday. Apparently they are closed that day, not sure why they'd say they could do a day the center is closed. Can't rate the donation experience because I cannot get in to do it, and its extremely annoying.
Next time, before you have customers/patients coming from 45 minutes away and wasting their time, make sure you let everyone know their Valid Photo ID needs to physically be updated and that a temporary paper does not cut it when waiting for the new ID in the mail.
Could have told me when I first visited that insulin dependency disqualified me. Instead they wasted several hours of my time and fifteen bucks worth of gas
Staff is completely unprofessional, I had to wait 20 minutes after my donation with a needle in my arm
I love the staff, they have a good environment, funny people update from my last review since it’s gotten way better since then!
