I Had A Bad Experience We Are First Time Donors And The Lady Did Not Wanted To Start My Process She Was Being RACIST With My Wife Only Because She Only Knew Spanish. The Lady Denied The Service To Us Cause She Thought We Where Immigrants She Did Not Wanted To Take Our Documents I Told Her I Spoke Both Languages Spanish & English And She Just Said No Your Wife Cant Be Here
Male nurse who does medical intake was clearly drunk, making weird remarks at donors. Had to have a 2nd nurse with him while talking due to him making people uncomfortable. Was being racist probably
My last review was rooted in anger, because I was cold. We stood outside wondering if we should leave, or wait, The conversation between us was something like this. It's bad enough that we've fallen on such hard times that we have to sell our blood plasma, and call it donating, but it's even worse to feel like you're being disrespected. I'd suggest not even going if the staff doesn't answer to let you know if theyre open, because its impossible to predict. Unprofessional management, the wife and I came to donate and was left with a bad taste. We have donated at other centers and this one’s manger was extremely rude. She dismissed our concerns & stopped our donation process while I was hooked up.
I didn't know an employee could interrupt someone while reading and listening to the instructions and threaten them to call the police if they don't leave.
