The staff will always try to make you smile when you're here.
I have donated 5 times now and I notice that the employees work ethic here is garbage. They are slow and its obvious that most dislike their job by their attitude. I looked up what they make /hr and its not that much.
I got permanently deferred because I pulled my own needle out despite the fact they set the saline speed so high that my skin was rapidly expanding and in extreme pain - all the while literally nobody was around to help me until 30 seconds AFTER I’d taken action. As others have said, they’re also extraordinarily unprofessional and always have a skeleton crew working there, making it take regularly take upwards of 3 hours to get through the line. Find somewhere else.
Staff are nice and professional. But the wait in line is crazy. Specially when you've been standing over an hour in one place in line and here come 4 new donors because their new. Theu should have to set up an appointment or come first thing in tje morning. And then some of the staff show favoritism and tell or take people in front of the line for no reason. The people who are donating even say they don't understand why they did that
Very unprofessional called and made sure they were closing at 7 got there at 6:48 and the doors were already locked and i literally called not even 10 before that
