The whole experience is just terrible, they never open on time and it takes so long to open and get going , only plasma center that dont have more then 1 section open . Short staff and unprofessional, literally the only reason I come IS because it’s close to my house. I hate coming . Only good person there is ms Sheri & the main boss ms T .
Everytime I come out here and donate while visiting it’s a problem will never be back here again. Yall waste peoples time and think that’s okay. When I let yall know what it is yall wanna talk about deferral. Go ahead
Edit: Back down to one star. Donor almost got into a fight with Vonne now everyone thats finished is being held hostage while the employees talk about it. Edit: Cam back after 7 months thinking maybe things changed? I watched the video got an arm check, then sat down to get another arm check, blood pressure etc. and then they say I need another arm check. How many arm checks does one need?
