Every time I go, the people are respectful. It seems to be a good atmosphere. There always working trying to help everyone that they can. This center is good for me, hope it can be for you.
Their machines aren't operating properly and they want to put the blame on the patients when the blood isn't flowing properly. They make excuses and threaten you with deferral if you complain. They need to be investigated and have every machine checked and calibrated. It's becoming a health hazard to everyone. I've heard complaints from several people, too.
Everything went perfect and staff are Amazing. Everyone on the staff was respectful. I will return again.

I love this place! The facility is very clean and employees are friendly and professional. It's a great way to make extra money for vacation and Christmas!
Be careful when stating your concerns about them not changing gloves when dealing with different clients. Because the staff will turn around and lie to try to get you deferred. They perhaps think everyone is coming for the money forgetting some of us have a BUSINESS OR TWO and we are simply here to help save lives. Be careful!
Great application u could find any business u want
This is the first plasma fcility I've ever visited. I have been mostly very happy with the treatment that I've received. All of the technicians that I have met are very helpful and knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. I would recommend this CSL location to anyone. -- Jackie T.
