I hate to be critical,but truth is I was working in Dickson City and began donating there...you can made appointments that benefit you in every way.then when I come back "home" I see nothing at all has changed,I've been missing stuck every OTHER donation.. there are very limited beds available and half the facility is shut down..The staff never ever has a sense of urgency..I have waited 1 hour plus just to give vitals.why us there a need for all those empty non working chairs..litterly half the facility is non operational sm... read more
I have been a donor at this location for 2+ years, in and out in 2 or less hours. Depending on the staff rotation, you'll either end up waiting a long time for vitals check no matter if the wait line is long or short. Some days it's the slow and talkative staff, some days they're on point, but I've never experienced rudeness or had an interaction that left me with a bad taste. Everyone here is so amazing and kind. I had a great first time experience from the moment I walked in the door. They are knowledgeable quick and friendly!!
Always a wait,not busy,one person checking vitals its an hour before you see a chair, Bio test in Dickson city was warp speed over this place, they just dont care
