The first time I went was no problem getting my veins cause I have baby veins and the guy help the lady fine my veins the second time I went the lady was very nice but she poke my arm really slowly it hurt really bad cause she had to mark my vein to find it

This is ridiculous last two donations been in the center for over 3 hr period it should never take this long I’m not a new donor been here for a minute you guys really need to start something for the new donor them being able to cut the long line before people that been waiting for hours is completely ridiculous how many people have to keep complaining about the same problem before you guys do something
I have been a donor at this location for 2+ years, in and out in 2 or less hours. Depending on the staff rotation, you'll either be out of there in no time, or end up waiting a long time for vitals check no matter if the wait line is long or short. Some days it's the slow with talkative staff, and some days they're quick and on point, but I've never experienced rudeness or had an interaction that left me with a bad taste.
