They're understaffed for the volume that that have. If you treat them with respect they'll do the same. Be patient. it's a great staff. Some of them better than others but speed and knowledge comes with time. Wether you're in it for the money or are genuinely just trying to help people. It doesn't matter. You're helping people both ways. P.s. for people saying they discriminate against pot smokers, that couldn't be father from the truth. I smoke weed and donate. My fiance smokes and has donated. They don't care about weed.
Bad handling. The lady was rude. They blame you when your arm swells up from whatever they did. Give it time they will hurt you.
There are slower than the ones in Lansing and you will spend to about 2 hours in the line wait long to get to the back floor.
CSL has the friendliest staff, even the security! They are super cool and down to earth! Even when they are busy running around like crazy they still keep a smile on their face! That is excellent customer service! Keep up the great work!
