Clinic has really gone down hill since I first started donating. I’ve driven there twice now to them having closed early or for the day due to short staff and wasted my time, it’s a 45 minute drive one way. No notice is put out there closing or anything. Wait times have been. Upwards of 2+ hours when I have gotten in. Will not be donating anymore. High staff turnover over rate from what I can see.
The staff that are left are amazing 5 stars for them. They have lost amazing staff in the last year as well. Something is clearly not working for the high turnover which then causes the wait times to be 2+ hours to donate. Working people do not have that kind of time which means people like me can no longer donate unfortunately. I don't know what the answer is but when I first started the process took less than an hour in total. CSL needs to improve these conditions.
I cannot say enough good, and I’m not sure why they were rated poorly. I walked in and got helped immediately. I watched a video, answered questions, did essentially a basic check up, and then sat down to have my plasma drawn. I don’t have a history of fainting, but I did. And they handled it perfectly. I got sick and they didn’t make me feel guilty. They got me another shirt, helped me clean up, cleaned up the area, got me ice packs, and a bag for my dirty shirt. They ensured I was ok to leave. It really couldn’t have been ... read more
Really just wanted to do a review without the rating because overall I’ve had great experiences. The reason for the bad review is due to recent staffing and business hour issues. There are only two days where they are open past 3pm, and on these days there is usually a 2 hour wait or more. The majority of people donating are doing it after work, which is likely the reason for the long wait times. They have also lowered their donation payout. Due to the above, it’s not worth the time and effort to go currently. I’ll return on... read more
I really wish I could give 5 stars, and back in 2021, I would have. I used to donate twice a week, pretty regularly. I rarely had any problems. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. Staffing shortages have become so bad, I feel like I can't return. I havent donated in over a year; I stopped going due to anxiety about there being less and less employees. They were always having to rush, and anything involving needles shouldn't be rushed. I'm not mad at the staff; they were always awesome! I'm mad at the company. Maybe ... read more
