Phlebotomists are very attentive and kind, they do everything they can to ensure you’re comfortable and feeling well and uphold their policies respectfully and in a non-confrontational manner. I’ve donated here 5 separate times and each time has been pleasant, even one occasion where I was declined the chance to donate, they were kind, informative, and respectful when they stated their reasons for deferring me and the next visit went totally fine and smooth.
