I donated plasma for the first time and found the process incredibly easy. The staff are all knowledgeable and courteous. Very thankful for Ginger, her professional yet personable beside manner made my experience even better. I look forward to returning and supporting a great cause!
This place is simply amazing! After coming enough the staff knows you by name! Great environment! Always clean and staff always friendly. I totally recommend them! I also would like to Add that when Ginger sticks me I know that I'm in very good hands. I am petrified of needles, and have to watch anyone stick the needle in my arm. But when Ginger does it I don't have to watch her because she is so easy and gentle and I don't even feel the needle go in. I've donated at csl in 4 states. New manager or something here recently. I went at first because it paid $100 . Now$40. There's a child behind the desk. I just want to fill the jug hun. Let's get on with it.
Terrible experience have tried to donate a few times now and they have given me a hematoma on several occasions causing extreme pain and swelling very uncomfortable experience and not to mention they tell you that you’ll get 100$ the first time then only give you 45$ Absolutely ridiculous
I will give them at least 2 stars because of their friendly staff. If it wasn't for the friendly staff I would give 1 star. The staff is awesome and friendly. From me they get a low rating because of their new payment policy. More in reference to what they pay. You used to be able to make $440 a month there. Now only $400. It's still alright but that $40 is basically one whole donation. Seems kind of ridiculous when they pay there staff double that for their donations and in top of it I've been told by a staff member that th... read more
