Awful.ccompany...I applied just before Christmas 2024 and had questions about the application...my case worker never answered my messages in fact she hardly answers her phone. I have been ignored this whole time absolutely no responses to my questions....So it's already the 2nd week of February and still no word on my case..... terrible customer support.

The Kalamazoo MI location has roaches, bedbugs, drain-flies, and silverfish insects. avoid at all costs. their pest control is insufficient. Also and more importantly, CSI has a very mean cold corporate structure from the bottom up! Renters beware!
Violent incidences are increasing There is an increasing population of felons, violent and mentally ill tenants No security The 4 star onsite management and maintenance staff do their best, but the 0star CSI owners are completely out of touch with resident needs Heat often doesn’t work in winter Bed bugs
