Allows rampant elder abuse at their owned apartments including the royal oak location Barton Towers Co-Op, as reported by a friend of mine who lives there. No oversight with what goes on with the elected presidents, abusive staff, allowing bedbugs to constantly infect their apartments with no plans of actual effective cleanup. Horrible, hostile low moral environment. I experienced a violation of my dignity and intelligence by Jay Andrews,the one hour a week visiting liaison from CSI Warren MI. On my birthday June 26 2025 she placed a letter under my door stating I was to be at a closed council session on June 27 2025 at 11:00a.m. in the building management office for a lease violation. Awful.ccompany...I applied just before Christmas 2024 and had questions about the application...my case worker never answered my messages in fact she hardly answers her phone. I have been ignored this whole time absolutely no responses to my questions....So it's already the 2nd week of February and still no word on my case..... terrible customer support.
