I have been with CSI for 3 years, and all my interactions with them have been top notch! The equipment is outstanding and was reasonably priced. I control everything from my phone and have peace of mind when I travel. Their service is outstanding. If I call to get help with something, they send someone the same day. I highly recommend them if you want a reliable local company for the long term!
I’ve seen a lot of their customers frustrated. They seem to get older equipment because it costs CSI less than providing the newer models available. A few of their customers hated that when they got CSI it ended up with Moni & now Brinks. Rates are way higher than national average. The service trips are expensive with how small the company is.
Do not get these crooks. The equipment is so outdated. They promised one rate and then raised it on us. We tried to cancel and they said it would be thousands of dollars to cancel. We got Vivint and so much happier. Never sign up with these guys. Ever
