We moved into our house last year and had some bad luck via a roof leak. After contacting the previous owners (the roof had been replaced by CSI 2 years back) and getting the name of this company, I gave them a call. They were immensely helpful and willing to assist me, even though I never actually purchased anything from them. They came out, examined the roof and found some damage to vent covers that was causing our issue. They replaced all the vent covers on my house, free of charge.
