Good company, bad employees – I do believe that CSI is an honest, well run business and has several happy customers but it is not a place where you'd want to work! Some of the policies are insane. Not family friendly whatsoever!! There is a VP there that has implemented some CRAZY policies. She is truly unbelievable! If you are given the opportunity to work for CSI, think hard and don't rush into anything you might regret.
