Couldn't keep anything straight during our build, thank goodness we are type A people and showed up on a daily basis to make sure what we had told them was getting through to the subcontractors. they also couldn't keep track of any of their bills or the budget stuff properly. I’ll add my comments I don’t own a home from CSI thank God for that but I do know someone that does and it was the worst house I’ve ever seen built poor poor workmanship they do not give a shit about their customers they don’t listen to their customers they don’t fix what is wrong they avoid the phone calls they don’t pick up their phones frankly they shouldn’t be in business. Horrible construction outcome. Horrible service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER OR YOU WILL BE SORRY AND WILL HAVE TO LITIGATE TO HAVE EVEN THE SMALLEST ITEMS CORRECTED
How is it that your company can continually disregard two elderly customers of yours...my parents...by not fulfilling your contractual obligations and allowing them to live in a home with numerous construction errors? I expect immediate resolution. I cannot believe any company who wishes to grow could have such poor workmanship and customer service. Your "cheery on top" has been to continuously ignore them. I don't accept this.
I gave CSI three stars because I do think there homes are solid and well built and it was on time and within budget. They dont get higher because of HORRIBLE customer service. They promise to come back at 1 year and fix issues that arose. They do NOT. I have lived here since January of 2013. They have told me three times, months apart, since then they would fix issues and have yet do so. They dont reply to my emails or phone calls.
