Dear Rich, I just wanted to thank you and your staff for once again getting me out of one of my MANY computer "binds". I called you yesterday and said that my computer was running slow, you took a quick look at it, and without me moving an inch you set to fixing the problem. It is more rare than "hens teeth" these days that people do anything thing for anyone without $'s up front.!!! I left my home for a few hours and when I got home it was as good as new. The team at CSI are the best. They've taught me to trouble shoot my issues, and now I call when it's something I can't handle. They are the best..... and don't know what we'd do without them.
They take forever to complete a repair and give away a folder of freeware with instructions on how to use them. Weak.
