On May 17 I had CSI out to clean tile walls in two bathrooms and two tile floors. I also had them caulk the tub area since the estimator said that could be done. The tile cleaning was OK but I am still removing bits of caulk on the surface of the tub and around the tub floor. The caulker actually caulked on the surface of the tub and on the tile floor at the base of the tub and missed the area in parts that should have been caulked. A lousy job. Needed my floors refinished. Even though I am a handyman, even I don't know everything. I was told by my flooring installer that the original floors would take too much work to salvage and get cleaned. He said I would need new floors which was way out of my budget. I decided to get a second opinion and call CSI-Absolute Clean. They had an estimator come in and not only told me they could be cleaned, but they'd look as good as new when finished!
