CSI did not have enough workers. Didn't think they made any effort to please their clients. Very lax and defended their irresponsible caregivers
Horrible, Horrible so-called Agency. CSI Not worried about its low rating. They felt that to be told by Jennifer L. That she "doesn't have the time "to discuss my request. And just hung up on me is really professional... Spoke with corp. And they felt that she was having a bad day and received bad news. So I guess it's o.k. to treat clients' in that manner. This agency is highly disorganized and unprofessional. Schedulers send workers without detail about the client, so they have no idea what type of care is needed. Schedulers don’t communicate when a change happens with a worker’s schedule. They just blindly send someone new or they don’t send anyone at all (?!??!?!). Quality of workers is pretty horrible.
