Do not use this company!! They are unresponsive, the owner has no idea what his employees are doing. These people set my septic control Panel on fire which could have burnt my house down. They also broke the PVC line going to my leech field while changing a 500 dollar pump which they charged me 1,400 to do, then also charged me to fix the pvc line that they broke in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company in the area. Only positive thing i have to say is the pump truck guys were great!
This company is very polite and professional. I’m getting ready to have them install risers after 25 years of not having any. The young man named Noah was extremely knowledgeable and I thought I knew a lot about my septic system, but he showed me a few more things they’re really working with me on only doing what needs to be done Right now. These guys were on time. They knew where to dig, and they were finished in 42 minutes. Will be using CS Hines in the future.
Big shout out for the excellent and speedy service! I needed my tank pumped out and the staff was super friendly setting me up for a quick appointment. Then Storm and Noah came and did a great job, even teaching me a little about my system and cleaning the filter also which I didn't know it needed it. Excellent and quick service and very happy! I had a septic tank backup emergency on a very old system and they were able to take care of it the same day. I wasn't able to be there but the tech that responded called me and discussed what he found. I appreciated the quick response and follow up call.
