I purchased a trailer with another finance company and half way thru the loan this company calls me out of the blue demanding payments. apparently my loan was sold to them they were very pushy as if I was 90 days late and it rubbed me the wrong way. Constantly texting and calling. Close this business down!
Paid my car off in August and I am still waiting for my title or a letter stating it is paid off. I have called 4 times and the woman I have spoken with are rude and combative stating they have mailed the title to me which I do not have this is October 21 and still nothing. This company should be shut down
This place is horrible. Literally horrible. They will not work with you. Back at the end of the year last year they towed my car for being a payment behind. Told me it would be over $1000 to get it out for the “towing fee”. I got my car out and back in February they told me that I owed over $1000, when I asked why and how it was possible because I was caught up, they told me “they just got the bill from the towing company. They say they are here to help but that is nothing but lies I've had covid and have been hospitalized 3 times and they don't give you any leniency they want their money!!!
