Scammed! Can't give 0 stars. Product over 3 weeks in delivery and still not here! No storms, no ice, no customer service available, only emails. In my opinion avoid at all costs. Got part from other company in 3 days ! Requested refund, got nothing. Now they say part is shipped after Requested cancelation of order. EBAY IS ALLOWING THIS ! WITH NO CONSEQUENCES.
1 star becasue you can't give less. I have been waiting a refund for nearly a month and still fighting to get it. I got the same line from Samantha that others have "the president said" Please look elsewhere before you buy here.

Ordered ace rock sliders for a Jeep Wrangler. I sent an email to Samantha to have tax removed due to the fact of exemption. Her response was that she spoke with the president of the company, they were sold at the price prior to the increase, and the price was incorrect on the website. So the resolution was that the order was being canceled and refunded the payment. I could reorder at new price. I paid 673.99, a new price of $847.99.
