Customer service was great.
Ordered ace rock sliders for a Jeep Wrangler. I sent an email to Samantha to have tax removed due to the fact of exemption. Her response was that she spoke with the president of the company, they were sold at the price prior to the increase, and the price was incorrect on the website. So the resolution was that the order was being canceled and refunded the payment. I could reorder at new price. I paid 673.99, a new price of $847.99. Go somewhere else. I'll say it again go somewhere else ! There is a reason they alredy have 1 star. They sell you stuff they do have, take your money. and then, cancel the order. Try them out they are even on ebay for your liking
Initially wrong fender was sent, the the re-ship fender was wrong, I have been waiting since January 14th to get correct fender, shop is charging me storage because tying up a bay. Today is Feb 2nd, no fender yet and they will not take money off. Spent 3 grand total with them. I will say that Samantha is awesome though.
