Extremely reliable company that does great work. I do not have a vehicle that can transport my mower and snowblower to a location for maintenance or repair. It is so great to have CSE come to my home to get those things done.

Really great experience with CSE. I had the great fortune of owning two broken snow blowers. CSE fixed the auger on one and was very up front that it did not make economic sense to fix the other given the number of issues. I appreciated the clear advice and the cost was more than fair.
Overall, I was disappointed with my service at CSE. In October 2024, I had CSE out to look at my electric lawn mower that wasn’t working properly. After taking a couple hours to look at the machine, the technician identified the issue and told me it would be around $400 all in to fix the broken part. They charged me $130 for the initial visit and I was told it would be an additional $260 to come back to install the new part. I had a drive issue with a newer Cub Cadet snow blower. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Andrew showed up on time and had the issue diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and charged a fair rate. My experience was A+ and CSE is the type of local business you want to support.
