Ron, of CSE Engineers, reviewed my house and designed a a beam structure for support in an area of wall removal. He was efficient and provided all design documentation for a successful project. I would recommend him to anyone.
CSE completed the work we asked them to do, but it took three different design attempts from them to get what we asked for in the first place. Our project was simple; take out a wall and put in a support beam. When we asked if we could get a discount on their fee for the multiple attempts to get the design right, they flat out told us "no", and said the multiple design attempts were our fault.
