I recently joined this gym and my experience was disappointing already. The staff member I encountered was extremely unwelcoming and RUDE! Before I even scanned my badge or gave my name, he told me I didn’t have Fitness Plus or a free guest pass when I do have both. He also made my guest repeat and spell his name over 20 times. Literally scammed me for my personal data. I called and inquired about a week pass for my wife and I. I was told to go online and fill out a form including all my personal data and a photo of myself, and I would be good to go, $50 for a family pass. I did this and then when we went in the guy at the desk (after ignoring us for about 15 seconds to look at his phone) told us we could not in fact buy a pass, because we didn’t have a sponsor… well if this was the policy why did the person on the phone tell us we could and have u... read more

They have a new policy now that you have to be in arms length from your children, even in the kids pool. Why do they have life guards then? Should just post no life guard on duty signs and save money on employees that do not do anything.
