I truly don't understand how this company is still in business. We've had no end of issues with broken equipment taking forever to get fixed to CSC claiming they fixed something and it's still broken. The latest is that the coin bins on every washer and dryer are filled and despite repeated service requests and calls/emails from the apartment manager, they still can't manage to service them. The machines have been unusable for literally months and they still can't manage to send someone for what must literally be a 10 minute... read more
Expect nothing from companies like this. Bordering on criminal how difficult they make it to obtain a refund. By registering on their website you agree to arbitration that you pay for. If you want to get a refund by phone you will have to wait on hold for 40 minutes.
