Craig arrived when he said he would, did a great job, even explained that the seats were not as bad as I thought they were and reduced his cost accordingly. Would definitely use him again
Craig has done three cars for us now and done a superb job each time. Responsive, professional to communicate with and when it comes to the cars, he’s down to earth to talk to about what the choices and what will and won’t be worthwhile - which is super refreshing. One of the cars had machine polish and ceramic coat and Craig applied a pragmatic approach to dealing with some of the defects in a tailored way so it came out from being dull and blemished to looking stunning. You get what you pay for. If you want a proper valet then go with these guys. Communication and honesty were great. Even gave me some advice about my car etc. Craig was very genuine and did an amazing job. Will always go to him for a proper deep clean from now on.
Excellent service and very reliable. I have used them for 3 years and there is no one better.
