I was called by a worker who said my son's medical didn't go through. After a five minute back and forth I was sent to call medical and wait on hold for 2 hrs. After medical assured me this wasn't the case everything was fine I called back the dental office to reschedule a visit now that everything was handled. I was then told that his medical wasn't even run because they didn't have his medical ID number (this is also his pediatricians office) but they could run it now.
