it was really great to deal with this company in setting up High-quality roller blinds for our business. We were very impressed with the pricing and quality of work and we definitely use this company again.
Very poor customer service. Contacted business a number of times in attempt to make purchase, obtain measuring, quote etc. Spoke to different people who could not provide information advising they would have another person call back to go over everything. Tried several times after hearing a good review of company, but after no success in getting anyone that could help, went with another company. The person who told me that had success with this company must have got them on a good day. I would not recommend.
Don't waste your time, the address on Google is wrong, even though they have a sign there, and the people on the unit now, they would make you go all around the plaza not telling you they moved, i called, the lady answer the phone is useless, yells on the phone for someone else, even more worst.
Exceptional service from Kevin all the time.
Outstanding service. Been using this company for a very long time. I can always rely on this team!!
