I was having so much pain went to the clinic hoping they will see me. The secretary said the doctor is not available while he didn’t have any patience at that moment. The doctor and the secretary started laughing and making fun of me and telling me to go to emergency while he could easily see me. I felt disgusted to see such a doctor who can instead of flirting and joking around with his secretly see the Patience. Lors de cette consultation : 1. Le médecin n’a pas tenu compte de mes symptômes Elle me dit de ne pas Perdue le temps 2. le medecin a refusé de me référer à un spécialiste, alors que la situation nécessitait une évaluation plus approfondie. 3. Le médecin m’a parlé de manière irrespectueuse et inappropriée, ce que j’ai ressenti comme discriminatoire et non professionnel. En me traitant d’agressive 4. Je considère qu’il y a eu un refus d’accès à des soins médicaux nécessaires, mettant ma santé en risque.

I’m extremely disappointed with the care at this clinic. I brought my son for help, and instead of providing treatment or guidance, we were turned away and told to call the GAP line or go to emergency. This felt uncaring and dismissive, especially for a clinic connected to an Islamic organization where compassion and service should be a priority. Super expérience. On nous a donné un rendez-vous à cette clinique lors de notre visite à l’urgence de l’hôpital. Dr Assad a été super et à l’écoute. La clinique a été ouverte en partenariat avec la mosquée donc évidemment qu’il y a des décorations religieuses. Si ça avait été un partenariat avec une autre organisation, celle-ci aurait aussi fait la promotion de ses affaires donc je ne vois pas de problème avec ça.
