I’ve visited this clinic twice for pain. My first experience was great, but the second visit felt significantly more clinical and rushed. Despite arriving on time and waiting for the receptionist to clear the person ahead of me, I was told I was late, which seemed to impact the doctor’s willingness to address my concerns. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that the clinic can better coordinate check-in times so it doesn't negatively affect the patient-doctor interaction.
Suite à un rendez-vous à deux reprises, j'apprécie cette clinique. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et sympathique. Le service est rapide et efficace. Les médecins ont fait que je sois très à l'aise dès le départ.
