In my experience, this shop is utterly unethical and unprofessional. I think they’re negligent and reckless. If I were you, I would avoid this place. On 10/28/2024, I came in for an oil change and there was only one other customer in the shop waiting for their vehicle. I brought my own oil and filter. This shop took a very long time to do a simple oil and filter change on a basic car which caused me to be late for my tire appointment. Between being told an issue would be addressed for SEVERAL weeks and nothing happening, numerous times dropping off the vehicle and the never received “call back”…not sure we’ll continue doing business with CSC.
Super nice, quick and friendly. A coworker recommended them and they’ve been great every time I’ve come!
