I worked with Cristina and her team on a recent family trip to Rome and her insider knowledge made all the difference. From the suite at our beautiful, boutique hotel to the custom-tailored, private tour experiences, Cristina's arrangements did not disappoint. All of our guides were well-educated and personable, and eager for us to gain an understanding of Rome's significance to Western culture. Cristina and her team have worked with us on a number of trips over the past four or five years, some fairly simple and some fairly complicated. Their level of responsiveness, helpfulness, and attention to detail are simply outstanding. They have dealt promptly, thoroughly, and efficiently with every question and every problem. We feel totally comfortable with their services, and would not dream of taking a complex trip without their services. We highly recommend CSB travel without any hesitation.
