I've worked with Chris and CSB Plumbing twice now. The first time was to install a new hot water tank and the second was to perform an emergency toilet installation after the basin to the pre-existing toilet cracked. Both times working with CSB, Chris was super responsive and communicative. When the toilet broke, he responded right away to my inquiry and moved his schedule around to help me the same day.
