Recently built with CSB homes and we received our finished home in Dec last year. We found that their quality of build was great and that there were no concerns our private inspector identified besides minor paint cosmetic issue. I found their prices reasonable. Just one issue is the length of time it took from approval to construct to handover, but not sure if that is just industry wide.
We’ve had friends build homes recently and have watched our neighbours’ homes get built and I must say CSB has been the best builder. Our house was built almost to perfection with minor cosmetic issues. From the moment the frames were up bricks were laid, we knew we made the right choice. My husband, who is a carpenter and joiner by trade was very happy with the workmanship of house, specifically the house was straight and finishes were executed well.
