SCAM! SCAM! Don't fund this bunch of criminals! Someone should investigate this company and their modus operandi! They scam people and can make everything cumbersome when they have to pay, or your trip goes sour! It is a legitimate business to SCAM people! It's unreal how Cheap Tickets and Expedia expose their name by dealing with such a company! Class action lawsuit on the works for sure!
This company is horrible, they don’t refund us even after we send them 10 emails about our trip be canceled by COVID 19. We basically have to go Back home with all bags etc because they don’t let us go and also promised us 100% refund 3 months ago. Very sad we pay for insurance and never got our refund back

Total misleading. if you purchase through VRBO you don't get any information except that it will pay if your trip is cancelled. doesn't say it has to be before you leave. if you are on vacation and you have to leave because of mandatory evacuation due to hurricane it doesn't pay. DO NOT PURCHASE !!
