I came to this facility for a delivery and noticed that the security guard was taking a picture of my driver’s license using his personal phone. Is this a normal or approved policy at your site? Is it acceptable for security to take and keep pictures of drivers’ licenses on their personal devices? I was quite uncomfortable with this practice. Shouldn’t personal information be handled using official and secure systems only?
These please are amazing people who work there they do have a lot of space for trailers, and they do have them own scal for free , and the driver cleaned bathrooms and in top of that they let you sleep in them yard , wow amazing respect to the driver, I love these places and I will come over and over
I had received a crate from China the item was destroyed and neither CSA Transport or Amalien Transport will take responsibility for my losses. I would never deal with these two companies again. There are a lot of other logistics companies that you can approach. Leave these two off of your suppliers list.
A nightmare. Misinformed, uneducated, and uncooperative. The staff at the Toronto location is a complete clown show. Not one staff member is on the same page. I have shipped with CSA for several years, and have noticed a strong decline in customer care and service. I have endless emails outlining constant incompetence collected over the last several years.
This company is absolutely horrible. Had 7 skids of Christmas sweaters coming from Texas. They were supposed to bring them on a Tuesday evening and didn't show up, no phone call, nothing. I called them the next morning, and they said they'd bring the truck that night by 5. They came at 4. Guy backed in the 40 ton truck, no problem - but he had no pallet truck to remove the pallets.
