My doctor has called CSA 4 or 5 times I have called them twice and emailed them and not one call back or one reply to my email. Poor poor customer service....How does one get in tough with this company?????????
CSA Medical Supply was very good with the service and the order. I had trouble using my credit card but was able to use a different card and then had no problems. Renee was very helpful in getting the order to go through. Would definitely order from them again.
I purchased multiples of the item I wanted. I contacted customer service via email and had a very efficient and positive experience with Jalissa. He asked me to send a photo of the item being returned (very easy to do). His replies were quick and he said that I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. Thanks for making this easy!
