CSA Medical Supply was very good with the service and the order. I had trouble using my credit card but was able to use a different card and then had no problems. Renee was very helpful in getting the order to go through. Would definitely order from them again.
I purchased multiples of the item I wanted. I contacted customer service via email and had a very efficient and positive experience with Jalissa. He asked me to send a photo of the item being returned (very easy to do). His replies were quick and he said that I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. Thanks for making this easy!

Rented a knee scooter from here after I had surgery on my foot. Renee was super helpful and I got my knee scooter right away. Hope I don't need to use a knee scooter ever again but if I do I would rent from CSA Medical Supply again.
