Quick to respond, adaptable and the work was well done. I had drywall done after a new shower and tub were installed. The price quoted was what was charged. The work was done by a very nice and helpful professional and aside from friendly, he also gave me some finishing tips. I'd go with CS1 again if I need more work done.
Mixed review. Good work by Francisco, the guy who came to our home to do the actual work. However, extremely disappointed in the company as a whole. They have this rather impressive software portal that allows you to, in theory, see your invoicing, schedule and communicate with your team throughout the job. Good work by Francisco, but extremely disappointed in the company as a whole- terrible communications, and they have this fancy builder portal too that never got used for any of our communications. 1. Abraham came to our house to fix a crack in our ceiling caused by a large beam that came loose in our attic. He was able to cut part of that beam and cut out the drywall replacing the crack. He then textured it using a manual knock down method which very closely matched the rest of the ceiling.We are very pleased with his work and dealing with members of the CSI staff.
CS1 helped us with our drywall issues on two of our ceilings during remodeling of our home. Farid and his team of professionals, prepped the areas efficiently and completed a swift job within a few hours. When they left, it was it was as if they were never there. As for the ceilings which had 1) discoloration and 2) water damage - We could not even tell where the repairs were made! We highly recommend CS1 for dry- walling jobs!
