CS Waterworks did an outstanding job on repairing a toilet that was leaking on the floor at one of our Condos. It has been many years since any work had been done on the toilet so I wanted not only the leak fixed, but also new preventative maintenance done on the entire toilet to ensure future longevity. Terrible service and absolutely the worst work I’ve ever seen in my life. Owner is very racist and was yelling slurs about Mexican and black races while working. 0/10 would never recommend looking this direction

2nd time they've helped us out. 1st time replaced pump for us in the middle of a storm night before hurricane Milton. Today ( Saturday) they were able to walk us thru fixing issue over the phone. They are the best! Professional, courteous and friendly.
