Responded to my urgent request. Arrived at the agreed time did a temporary fix until he had the part he needed, which he came back with as promised. All at a very reasonable price.
Nice guy and prompt service but charged £45 and didn't resolve the problem. Came out again and changed a part charging a further £150. He advised that if the boiler failed again we would be better ringing Worcester Bosch as they do a fixed price repair for £350. Less than an hour after he had gone the boiler failed again. I contacted Worcester Bosch who charged £275 for a fixed price repair. New boiler installed on Monday with this company... it's so quiet and efficient. I have relied upon this company to do repairs on my old boiler for years, I always find them friendly, helpful and below the price of their competitors.
Knowledgeable and reliable local gas engineer. Steve has been servicing my boiler for the last 5 years or so, the price is always great, parts are always cheap, when they need to be replaced. The boiler works like clockwork all year round because of the good annual service. I am always very happy with the customer service and know I am in safe hands and happy my boiler will work for the coming year.
