C&S Roofing did a great job on a challenging project for me, and I'd recommend them to anyone. I had a 15 square property with multiple layers of shingles and a single layer of wood shakes that required a complete tear off and new sheathing. Not an easy task... I called Codie to redo what my contractor did on my flat roof. While he was fixing it I asked him to look at the house roof. I had a tree branch fall and cause damage. He gave me a great estimate offering a senior discount too. He did excellent work and was done quickly and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend calling him.

I would recommend him to do your roof. My loan took forever to come through, and he was willing to work for us even though it did finally in the WINTER. We’d been approved originally in July. My Mom is so appreciative because we did have some leaking this past summer during those many thunderstorms. He’s definitely a hard worker and did most of it himself since it was so cold. West Burlington IA. 10/02/2023 I called Codie of C&S roofing for a chimney roof repair. It was a difficult job and the roof was leaking due to the fact the chimney passes through 2 separate roof levels. He was prompt to come and give an estimate. He came back when he said he would to do the repair. He went above and beyond the previous roofers work 15 years ago by adding addition flashing, and then replacing shingles in the problem area.
