I called on a Friday and set up an appointment for the following Monday. No call, no show! I tried calling Monday and voice mail box was full, I sent a text and no reply!
We called CS Plumbing because we had several plumbing issues around the house that we needed taken care of. They promptly sent their guy out. He did the work, we paid him and he left. Right after he left we noticed some water backing up in the kitchen and one of the outdoor spigots wasn’t completely screwed in. So we called. And called. And called. Not one return message. Had a drain back up into the house late on Friday night. I called at 4 after I got off work on Saturday and Dana came out within an hour and fixed the problem!!! Excellent service would 100% use then again!!!
