Chuck has worked on both my commercial and peraonal residential properties. He is honest, fair, and takes the time to learn what a customer needs. From a 21,000sf commercial building to a home oil burner service he has earned my respect for a job well done. His most recent install of mini splits at my lake house went without an issue, and that has been my experience with his business over several years now.
I had new AC and heat mini splits installed with C&S early in the year. I have had the opportunity to use the heat in 30 below temps as well as 97 degree heat we are having presently. I am happy to say they are working amazingly under both extremes. Best decision I’ve made in a while to install and also choosing C&H to do it! They were knowledgeable and professional. You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!
I called Chuck after the first place I called was unable to fit me in. He came within 2 hours to look at my furnace that had been smoking and needed to be shut down the night before. Him and his team worked tirelessly to get us a new furnace installed before a cold snap came in later that week. They also brought us space heaters to use in the mean time and called to check in several times even after work was complete to make sure there were no issues.
