DO NOT RENT HERE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
“I’m really grateful for the team at Colonial Sunset Apartments. They were incredibly helpful when my dad needed to move from a one‑bedroom to a two‑bedroom apartment. The process was smooth, and the staff made sure he felt supported every step of the way. It’s not often you find management that truly listens and works with you, but they went above and beyond for our family. We appreciate their kindness and professionalism.”
Haven’t had any issues since moving in. So far a great place !! Staff has been friendly & they respond quickly to maintenance requests.
