Chris was the best! 5 stars for sure!!! Had a broken low point valve in 5th wheel at campsite dropping all our water out. He read my service request I posted late Sunday pm, answered it immediately and was at our campsite at 9:45 Mon am to diagnose. Left to pick up part and returned a couple hours later to install. Presto, instant happy wife Priceless!!! Thanks so much Chris for your prompt service. God Bless you!!
Chris came out because we kept having issues with a slide ski we got replace from a different company. He fixed the issue same day and in a swift manner! Him and his wife seem to do a very good job managing the clientele they have and I look forward to using them in the future! Thank you so much CHRIS and STARLETT!
Fast. Friendly, Professional, and reasonable pricing. Needed a switch replacement in my Dometic heater. Nice to have a mobile tech come to me.
Chris is an excellent RV repair service. He came and worked efficiently to fix our roof and redo our lap seals, also slide seals. He then noticed a part of the slide that didn’t have what it needed and he fixed it too. Excellent work!! Starlet plans and schedules Chris’s time wisely. We are very pleased with his work and would hire him again.
They do not take extended warranty which leaves customers who have paid an extraordinary amount of money for warranty coverage paying for the cost of repairs out of pocket.
