I called C & S to come out and diagnose an A/C unit that wasn’t blowing cold air. They were at our unit within less than 24 hours. They are licensed, insured and professionally trained. Chris was very professional, dressed professionally, was courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything he did. They work out of well maintained and well organized utility vans. Wow!!! The Customer Service (Charlotte) and Service Technician (Chris) are outstanding. Charlotte is prompt at answering the phone, asks specifics to the problem so the technician is prepared when he arrives, gives a timeline of when service will be performed, calls to confirm appointment day and time is convenient. Chris reviews the problem when he arrives, and gets right to work. Fixed the problem and made a couple of suggestions along the way. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. I had several things in need of fixing. He worked me in to fix the most important one. He ordered my parts and as soon as they came in she called and set up when to come out. He took care of everything. Answers any questions you have and shows you how and why. They are very good people. I will be calling them 1st thing next time I need a repair.
The Carters are fantastic folks with whom to do business. They are very prompt and polite. Chris comes prepared for the service call and seems to enjoy teaching customers about what he is doing. I recommend them without reservation. It’s so rare and meaningful to find a business that provides this level of satisfaction. Highest rating possible.
