Sonny showed up with necessary tools and knowledge, went to work and had everything completed perfectly and in a short amount of time.
I tend not to trust businesses (or people) who show me that they do not value my business or time. I think it's a relatively good standard practice. If they cannot be bothered to call me back when I've left a message, I assume it's typical of their work ethic and move on.
