As a start up business they took the time to explain what coverages I needed and saved me over \$1,800.00 compared to others. THEIR THE BEST!
I find the one negative post difficult to believe. CS Innovative Insurance Solutions will do everything in their power to help their customers - even going to bat with the insurance companies for you, when necessary. I wouldnt trust another agent the way I trust this one! No other insurance agent has ever taken as much time to explain my coverages.
I am a business owner and I have dealt with this office a numerous amount of times. When a deal gets tough and isnt convenient to them, they are very rude to fellow companies. Ive actually been hung up on after requesting a fax! I dont believe this is the way for people to do business, especially when you have a choice who to get insurance from.
