Terrible company to work for if you're a vendor. Started working fine, and then they stop paying. Their account execs don't care. When they place a work order they won't stop calling and asking for updates, once the work is done, good luck getting responses. Provided invoices, photos, links for payment and nothing. Had to go to small claims court with the customer to get paid, hope they lose the account. They really suck

Pretty odd all these negative reviews. I use CS Hudson for a lot of my facilities work, ie- plumbing, electrical and never have an issue. Excellent response time, good team, great customer service. The prices are fair and the work is done in a timely manner and they are very professional.

Don't do work for them they added a discount to the invoice that I sent to them and refused to pay the full amount I Had to send them to collections

CONTRACTORS BEWARE. This is not a reputable company to work for. Our electrical company completed an emergency work order at a more than fair price and then after the fact of the work being done they are barely responsive and after months of email inquiries about payment they say they are only “approved” to pay half of the bill. This was 11 months ago and still haven’t been paid.

Terrible company to work for!!! I would think hard before doing work for this company. I have an invoice that is 78 days old as of today. They play so many games and it's so time consuming. Sophia called after 60 days of having the invoice and asked if I could lower the price by $75 because they had already paid a trip fee. I explained that the trip fee was for going onsite to document the issue and create the estimate. I drove 40 minutes one way to the site.
